David, a seasoned lawyer also doubles as a legal trainer. He earned a degree in Philosophy and Law from the University of Dublin, Ireland and the University of Westminster, London respectively. Shortly after earning his Diploma in teaching English to Adults (DELTA), he was officially recognized in England and Wales as a professional lawyer in 1994. After being called to bar, he took up a job as a training consultant with training agency. There, he taught English law and language and communication to local and overseas students. His teaching profession has seen him mostly train corporate and commercial lawyers. He trains both private and in-house students. He has been teaching on skype for the past 4 years.
Adam officially became a solicitor in 1992 after obtaining a degree in law from King’s College. He worked for several years in different law firms in Prague, Tokyo and London. During this time, he offered his advisory services to banks, government institutions and private institutions, advising them on different subject areas including privatization and commercial matters. He has overseen legal matters in several countries including Slovakia, Russia, UK, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Czech Republic and many more.
Denise has over the years built solid experience as a legal expert in contracts and procurement, and currently works as a senior contracts manager. She has earned an LLM in Construction Law and is also a fellow at Charted Institute of Arbitrators, UK. She is well versed with London Arbitration act of 1996, ICC Arbitration Rules and UNCITRAL Arbitration rules.
Edward Thompson has been in the legal profession and teaching for over a decade. He completed his LL.B (Hons.) in 2000 and LLM in International Business Law in 2003. He started teaching law while at University as a senior undergraduate. He has taught all areas of law since 2004. And since 2007 he has also been teaching Legal English or English for lawyers via Skype and at law firms in Italy and Russia. He is the founder of Law Professor Online.
