Will I get a certificate after completion of one of your courses?

I can certainly arrange it. Please get in touch with me before the end of your course so I can arrange this. There will be extra charges involved, eg. postage.

Do I need to download any special software in order to take your lessons?

Yes. You will need to download Skype. It is a piece of software that allows you to have video conference calls for free over the internet. The sound quality on skype is excellent, generally better than any landline telephone.

I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit cards. Payments can be made through PayPal; however you do not need to have a paypal account in order to make payments by credit card.

I am having technical problems with Skype. What should I do?

Please visit the Skype Support page. There you should be able to find answers to most of your questions.

Can I have a lesson with you using my smart phone or tablet?

Yes this is possible. Some of my students do a lot of travelling and they sometimes have lessons from their hotel rooms via skype. The sound and picture quality is good.

Each lesson Is for one academic hour (45 minutes). If you’d like longer or shorter lessons, please contact me and I can arrange this for you.
